KINOHA will open on January 31, 2026 – Family Lounge & Library is a new multi-purpose family lounge in Grand Mercure Nasu Highlands Resort & Spa. In the warm space of trees and tatami mats, each family can enjoy the time of "reading, playing, and relaxing". As a space that can be used with peace of mind for three generations of parents and children, we offer a variety of contents such as picture books, children's books, wooden toys, and digital drawings.

"KINOHA" is a multi-purpose lounge designed to enrich your stay in Nasu Kogen. In a space wrapped in a soft texture of wood and tatami, you can enjoy reading, playing, and relaxing in the same place. In a well-balanced atmosphere that is not too quiet and not too lively, each family can spend it as they wish.

We have books of a wide range of genres, such as picture books, children's books, and about 3,000 comics, so you can enjoy reading time with your family.

It is fully equipped with play content that fosters imagination, such as wooden toys, intellectual education card board games, and digital drawing studios. The sketch with motifs of animals popular in the Nasu Animal Kingdom, such as Manurneko, Snake, and Alpaca, is a composition that leaves a margin, and a single picture is completed by adding a child.
