Q: Do you have children's dishes and chairs at the buffet restaurant?
A: Yes, we have tableware and chairs for children. There is also a baby cot. However, we do not accept reservations, so please ask the staff on the day.
Q: Can I reserve a seat for a buffet restaurant?
A: Our restaurant has a free admission system, and we do not accept reservations for seats in advance. If the seats are full on the day, please use the waiting system and we will guide you in the order of reception.
Q: Can children use the night lounge?
A: At present, there are no restrictions on admission and children can use it. However, please give consideration to the surrounding customers. Please note that regulations are subject to change in the future.
Q: Do you have children's yukata or amenities?
A: We offer two types of yukata for children: 100 to 110 cm and 120 to 130 cm. In addition, slippers and toothbrushes are also available.
Q: How old can children (the opposite sex) enter the hot spring public bath together?
A: Based on the Tochigi Prefecture Ordinance, the use of the opposite sex hot spring public bath is for children up to 6 years old.
Q: Is there a baby soap in the hot spring public bath?
A: Yes, we have a "body soap shampoo" that can be used by small children in the hot spring public bath (see below for details: Juri's official page).
