・Use of "Soga no Ya pork" from Nasu Kogen
 A fragrant baked pork made by using a BBQ technique.
 This is a special charshu that condenses the unique flavor of Nasu.

・Nakata noodle of Nasushiobara "Kikuchi Ichiro Shoten"
 Uses clean water from the Nasu Mountains and firm noodles made by local craftsmen.
