Thank you very much for using Grand Mercure Nasu Highlands Resort & Spa. In Japan and overseas, cases of heat generation and ignition of mobile batteries have been reported.
In order to ensure that all customers are safe and secure, we ask for your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in the guest room as follows.
- In order to avoid fires and other emergencies, be sure to remove the mobile battery from the outlet when you are out of the room.
- When charging a mobile battery from a mobile battery to a portable electronic device or using an in-room power supply, please refrain from using it in the following locations.
- Close to windows exposed to direct sunlight
- Over flammable materials such as beds, sheets, curtains
- Please check the condition during charging. In order to prevent any trouble, please use it in a place where the customer can always check the condition.
