Thank you very much for using Grand Mercure Nasu Highlands Resort & Spa. In Japan and overseas, cases of heat generation and ignition of mobile batteries have been reported.
In order to ensure that all customers are safe and secure, we ask for your cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in the guest room as follows.
- To avoid accidents such as fires, be sure to remove the mobile battery from the outlet when you leave the room due to going out.
- When charging a mobile battery from a mobile battery to a portable electronic device, or charging a mobile battery using an in-room power supply, please refrain from using it in the following locations.
- Close to the window exposed to direct sunlight
- Over flammable materials such as beds, sheets and curtains
- Please check the condition while charging. In order to prevent any trouble, please use it in a place where the customer can always check the condition.
