About Rooms

What is the difference between Classic Twin, Standard Twin and superior Twin?

Classic Twin is a non-refurbished room, Standard Twin is a renovated room in 2014, and superior Twin is a renovated room in Rebland in April 2024.

Can you put futons in Japanese-style and Western-style rooms?

It will be a self-service where you can put your futon on your own.

Do you have a smoking room?

There is no room for smoking. Please use the smoking booth on the 1st floor.

What amenities do you have?

Toothbrushes, razors, hair combs, cotton sets, children's yukata are available at the amenity corner next to the front desk.

Do you have room clothes, or can you use all rooms in the hotel?

We have a yukata as a room wear. You can use all of the building.

Where's the yukata belt?

It is available in the guest room.

Can I adjust the air conditioner?

It will be managed collectively in the building, and only airflow can be adjusted from the room.

Is there a step in the room?

The height varies depending on the room type, but there is a step.

About Allergy Response

Do you have any allergies?

The buffet restaurant displays the use of ingredients for 8 major allergies. (Egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, shrimp, crab, walnut)
In addition, since the kitchen handles various ingredients, please note that there is a possibility that a small amount of contamination may occur, including handling at the foodstuff factory.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact the restaurant staff on the day.

How much is the addition of a buffet?

We do not accept reservations for seats. We will guide you in order from the person who arrived.

How much is the infant's meal?

Preschool children over 3 years old are 1,980 yen for breakfast and 1,980 yen for dinner.

Do you have baby food?

We offer several types according to the age of your child.

Do you have a chair for children?

The number is limited, but if you can speak to the staff, we will prepare it.

Do you have tableware for children?

It is located near the children's menu at the restaurant.

Do you have a Vee gun menu?

There are dishes that use meat, but they are only eaten at the discretion of the customer.

Will the menu change for consecutive nights?

The menu will be the same.

Is there a replacement for men and women?

No.

Do you have towels in the public bath?

Please bring the towels you have in your room.

Do you have lockers with keys?

It is installed in the dressing room.

Can I use the public bath if I have a tattoo or tattoo?

In principle, bathing in the public bath for those with tattoos and tattoos is not allowed.
However, if you have one point up to the palm size, you can take a bath after considering the surrounding customers.

Can pregnant women use it?

You can use it.

How old do children enter?

There is no particular regulation, but we recommend that you are over 1 year old.

How old do children enter the opposite sex bath?

In Tochigi Prefecture, the age limit for children is up to 6 years old. Children over 7 years old should refrain from mixed bathing.

We recommend that you use a studless tire from December to March, as there is also a road freeze.

Please refrain from bringing in your room. Please take it in the lounge.

Can I keep my luggage?
