About Rooms

What is the difference between Classic Twin, Standard Twin and superior Twin?

Classic Twin is a non-refurbished room, Standard Twin is a room renovated in 2014, and superior Twin is a room renovated in Rebland in April 2024.

Can you put a futon in Japanese-style and Western-style rooms?

It will be a self-service service where you can lay your own futon.

Do you have a smoking room?

There are no smoking rooms. Please use the smoking booth on the 1st floor.

What amenities do you have?

Toothbrushes, razors, hair combs, cotton sets, and children's yukata are available at the amenities corner next to the front desk.

Do you have room clothes, or can you use all rooms in the hotel?

We have a yukata as a room wear. All rooms are available.

Where is the yukata obi?

It is available in the guest room.

Can I adjust the air conditioner?

It will be managed collectively in the building, and only air volume can be adjusted from the room.

Are there any steps in the room?

The height varies depending on the room type, but there is a step.

About Allergy Response

Do you have any allergies?

The buffet restaurant displays the use of ingredients for 8 major allergies. (Egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanut, shrimp, crab, walnut)
In addition, since the kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, please note that there is a possibility of a small amount of contamination, including handling at the foodstuff factory.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact the restaurant staff on the day.

How much is the addition of a buffet?

For pre-school children over 3 years old, breakfast is 1,980 yen and dinner is 1,980 yen.

Do you have baby food?

Several types are available according to your child's age.

Do you have a chair for children?

The number is limited, but if you can speak to the staff, we will prepare it.

Do you have any tableware for children?

Located near the children's menu at the restaurant.

Do you have a Vee gun menu?

There are dishes that use meat, but they are only eaten at the discretion of the customer.

Does the menu change over consecutive nights?

The menu will be the same.

Do you have a gender replacement?

No.

Do you have towels in the public bath?

Please bring the towels you have prepared in your room.

Do you have lockers with locks?

It is installed in the dressing room.

Can I use the public bath if I have a tattoo or tattoo?

In principle, bathing in the public bath for those with tattoos and tattoos is not allowed.
However, if you have one point up to the palm size, you can take a bath after considering the surrounding customers.

Can pregnant women use it?

You can use it.

How old are children allowed in?

There is no particular regulation, but we recommend that you are over 1 year old.

How old will your child enter the bathhouse of the opposite sex?

In Tochigi Prefecture, the age limit for children is up to 6 years old. Children over the age of 7 should refrain from mixing bathing.

Due to freezing of roads, we recommend using studless tires from December to March.

No. Ice is sold at the shop on the 1st floor.

Do you have a coin laundry?

It is located at the entrance of the public bath on the 1st floor.

Do you have vending machines?

It is at the entrance of the game corner once.

Do you have an EV charger?

There is one car at the entrance of the parking lot and one car in the parking lot.

Can I bring drinks and sweets in the lounge to my room?

Please refrain from bringing it into your room. Please enjoy it in the lounge.

Can I keep my luggage?

For luggage storage before arrival and after departure, please use the dial locker in the 1st floor lobby.
